Psychologist and Sexologist

In terms of female sexuality secrets the menopause is anything but a new sexual phase in a female’s sex life. Whereupon, ovaries cease production and release of estrogen and progesterone.

A lot of females picture themselves out getting sick when time for menopause comes. Since this sexual period’s main characteristic is simply ceasing menstruation’s cycles. Obviously, each woman will have different manifestations whilst in menopause, inasmuch as in any other segments of their lives.

Some females might face disruption in their menstrual cycles as menstruation becomes rather erratic. There might be periods of amenorrhea and periods of hemorrhage, alternatively.

The female sexual body sends out signals when menopause is due, so further she knows her sexuality and her bodily sexual functions, the bigger the chances she stands to identify menopause and consequently deal with it if that comes to be the case.

The age oscillates from 45 to 55, but this is not a rule to by, as menopause might take place earlier or later in life.

Some of the symptoms mostly verified among seasoned women are:

- Hot flashes;
- Night sweat;
- Insomnia;
- Lack of sexual interest;
- Irritability;
- Depression;
- Vaginal dryness- as it may cause discomfort during sexual intercourse;
-
Memory loss and lack of attentiveness.

So, what’s the reason for so many unpleasant sexuality symptoms?

The female hormone a.k.a. estrogen deserves most of the blame. Its effects on the female sexual secrets spring up in adolescence when hormonal rampage occurs and alterations in bodily sexual functions take place. It’s when a female teenager blossoms in a sexually mature female. So, when menopause shows up she would notice it all right but this time around the ageing process takes place instead, the loss of sex drive and interest in female sexual secrets. No secrecies as such, for estrogen comes linked to fits of self-esteem. As the lack of estrogen implies in rebounds of low self-esteem tantrums, in that little toleration towards frustration if none, thus causing irritability, depression, and even short term memory loss.

Female sex hormones have a lot to do with osteoporoses as calcium gets fixed due the presence of estrogen and external stimuli like the gravity pull and weight resistance training.

The female sexuality secrets tend to loose momentum as a consequence of hormonal imbalance. If emotionally unstable she might quit enjoying her sexuality altogether.

Vaginal dryness is a major culprit for sex drive loss. In terms of Female sexual desires a female might be steaming in but will deliberately overlook lust for the sake of discomfort during sexual intercourse. If she had a life sexually satisfactory her sex dreams might be pretty much alive and even more so now during her hot flashes. Imagine, with so many well hung hunkies up for grabs and her hooch lives a lot for the desire.

A sexually clued up female takes this very sexual opportunity to make up for the loss by engaging in sexual hormone’s therapy but for so, not everyone is gifted.

What about sex partner’s sexual demands? He/she might demand a more aggressive sexual approach from sex partner, and then? How to handle it all?

There exist many possibilities likely to get in the way of a couple’s sexual life at the dawn of menopause; for all that, open dialogue and understanding towards this new sexual phase. Hormonal replacement therapy alongside droplets of androgen hormone like the male hormone-testosterone can make wonders towards tampering sexuality flaws.

To visit a gynecologist regularly being forthcoming at consultations, talking about symptoms by making no bones to show hard feelings concerning the advent of menopause is of essence.

Otherwise, sexual life does not cease as a result of menopause, unlikely what most sexually ungainly people might hold true. Mature sex can be so much fun, with abounding pleasure, reassurance, and at any rates, even lust. To live up sex at its best at any given age and with no sexual hang ups whatsoever it’s most female’s sexually charged dream come true.
